I received a notice of non-renewal from Liberty Mutual due to alleged "mildew, mold, algae" on my roof. I was very confused about it and had no idea that this was a thing - and that it was now my thing. I searched online and found Dirt-Shock. They knew exactly what was going on and exactly how to fix it. Upon completion of the work they immediately provided the required photos and remediation report in the exact format required by the insurance company. I had a notice of non-renewal from Safeco my homeowner's insurance company due to some roof mold and algae. Seemed a bit silly as I don't think it affects roof quality, however I needed to deal with it. I got multiple quotes from companies on yelp but not many had many or great reviews. My insurance agent said to check out Dirt-Shock and I'm so glad he did.
