Jim at Compuvision is awesome! Even after I had to reschedule our appointment last minute, he made himself available at my new time, and provided excellent service. I love my HP laserjet printer and he was able to fix my printing issue immediately. He also provided some additional insight that would help keep the printer operating smoothly. Clean, professional and his prices are great! Highly recommend Compuvision and Jim to service your printer needs!

I am so impressed with this business and in particular with Jim. Jim is honest, helpful, quick to respond, and extremely generous with his time and the advice and skills he offers. I will be using him every time I have an issue with my printer in the future. Highly highly recommend.My printer wasn't working and I called this business. Jim answered and asked me about my printer and then spent the next 20 minutes with me on the phone solving the problem and helping me fix it on my own. He could have easily had me bring the printer in and fixed it and charged me. Instead, he took the time to help me fix it over the phone for free! That is not my experience at most businesses.
