I went in for a biopsy in Feb 2021. This was my first procedure ever in my 44-year life, first time checked into a hospital in fact, so I didn't know what to expect. To my pleasant surprise, everyone was super friendly and helpful, but also very professional and hospitable. No surprises, they narrated everything they were doing to me, LOL. It was obvious that I was in an environment where people enjoyed working and had genuine care for the patients. Nurses Amor, Lilibeth and Franny, and Dr. Babin, thanks for a great experience. I hope every hospital visit is this awesome.

November 2, 2019 Update. After being contacted by CRI's office manager/administrator my account issues have been resolved. Ms. White followed up with me and made sure that CMRE reconciled their records to show that I was no longer delinquent. I'm grateful for her diligence and follow through.

I was sent to Coast Radiology by my doctor for a test. The radiology staff at Mission hospital was efficient and friendly. I understand frustrations with insurance billing, but unlike the other reviews, I didn't encounter any. My entire experience with this group was great, I would definitely use them again.
