I have the worst experience with the office staff after surgery. My pharmacy and I kept calling the doctors office to have them resend the prescription without any luck. I talked to some woman name Kristina and she was very rude on phone showed no interest in trying to help. I don’t think she would have acted the same if her dad was in my situation. Best doctor worst staff.

Went for some imaging and got billed, as expected. Called to pay off the bill and got confirmation of payment. 6 months later I get sent to collections. May be a new tactic to get double payments, who knows. Keep your receipts and avoid memorial care.

I received a bill for services of which I paid. Apparently they refunded my payment 25 days later. Now three months later, I am getting a collections notice from CMREFSI??? South Coast Radiological never attempted to contact me after I submitted my payment. This better not effect my credit score!!
