Alex A. did an excellent job of replacing a portion of our bathroom ceiling following water damage. He was organized, efficient, skilled, conscientious and thorough in preparing the area (all the way from the front door) and then cleaning up when finished. He was, as well, personable and respectful. The entire process, from leak mitigation to completion was handled by all ServiceFirst personnel in a professional manner. Communication was clear throughout. Every team member knew their job and did it well. We especially appreciated the orderliness and neatness of their work. It added to our confidence in their knowledge and skill. Thank you.
Although my ceiling had flooding damage, Service First made the whole experience easy and simple. From the moment they arrived they were professional, friendly and explained exactly what they were doing. Without such quick and effective help, I know if would not be feeling the same about my predicament.
