So grateful for Dr Salib and his staff! I had a corneal abrasion while on vacation the day after getting off my plane. They were able to get me worked in urgently that day, and took care of my emergency. Now I can salvage the rest of my vacation pain-free. Highly recommend—and thank you so much for your expertise and wonderful care!
The opthalmologist, Dr. Salib, does thorough eye exam and has good bedside manners, and answers all my questions.The technical staff who do preliminary tests are very efficient and excellent, too - takes them only 20-25 minutes. The receptionist staff is great, too. The only slight issue may be that between the prelim tests and the doctor coming in to see you, there is a huge wait - almost 30 minutes. If that was compressed to few minutes for the eyes to dilate, say, to15 minutes, then that would be perfect! Overall, however, I give it an excellent grade: 5/5.
This is the best eye institute I have ever visited. The care is exceptional from start to finish—from the front office staff to the technicians. Dr. Khalil, the optometrist, and Dr. Salib, the ophthalmologist, are both outstanding. Every part of the experience was professional, efficient, and truly patient-focused.
