We had to bring in our 15 year old kitty after hours for not eating and drinking and after much testing, they determined she had kidney failure. Dr Mercedes Baena was so compassionate and caring and thorough throughout the entire process. We ended up having to put our beloved kitty to sleep and Dr Mercedes even offered hugs to me as I was such a mess. A week later I open my mailbox with a card signed by all staff members and a laminate of my kitty's paw prints to keep!! My own vet didn't even do that!
