My mom is a patient was seen by Dr. Monica Harms today;) long story short;) she told me everything. my mom asked me how she appreciated Dr.Monica Harms medical advice. That she will communicate with my mom other doctors in women's hospital and gynecologist. My mom have a peace of mind it's happy ending a "Fairytale" story;)
I have been with Dr. Harms for many, many years but for the past year or so she has given me issues regarding getting referrals from her and answering questions via the portal. I'm trying to take care of myself and get appointments done before going in to see her. Even when asking a simple question via the portal regarding COVID, yes or no question she wants me to come in. This is her response ALL THE TIME; Come into the office, come in to the office. I should not have to come in the office to ask a yes or no question, and I should not have to come into the office to get a referral! And she has gotten 2 DUI's? I'm changing doctors immediately.
Updating my review! Dr. Harms continues to be the one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is very smart and explains everything. She never makes you feel rushed and addresses every concern you may have. I've been going to her for 2 years now and she's helped me succeed with a lot of health goals. She's very quick to refill my inhaler and medications I need fast. Her medical assistant Ree is amazing. The best I've had. Ree is the person who takes vitals and important information before you see Dr. Harms. Ree always puts me at ease. I've always had a positive experience with the front desk as well!
