Dr. Mohindra is an exceptional doctor! She is very patient, dedicated and thorough. She explains issues, results where you can understand. She has a wonderful attitude and is always cheerful. The facility and staff are just as helpful. I really appreciate her as my doctor.

Have you ever tried to call your LOCAL US Postal Office, or the LOCAL Social Security Office, or your LOCAL in town DMV Office?? THAT IS WHAT MemorialCare is like trying to CALL your assigned Primary Care Dr, ANY of the local MemorialCare offices for a Lab Test or a simple authorized regular Xray, make an Appointment!!! It's like BIG GOVERNMENT where you have to call Washington DC to talk to the local Post Office or SSI Office, and the "Navigators" cares and actually knows what to do, about as much as a Government Worker does! MemorialCare REFUSES to LIST LOCAL Dr. Office Numbers, you have to go through some oblivious "Navagator" in the cloud somewhere, and you NEVER get to the local MC office!! MemorialCare is "Anchored" to RadNet for ALL XRay, CT, MRI, Ultrasound etc Imaging and RadNet has been CLOSING THEIR OFFICES like crazy in South Orange County. They ONLY HAVE ONE CT Scanner now, and it's at Saddleback Hospital Adjoining WAVE office. They have NO regular Xray facilities anymore in South OC, they CLOSED them all!! Only "WAVE Saddleback" has XRay and THEY WILL NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS, Walk-in only, a WAIT of anything from 30 minutes to 2, 3 hours! And there is no way to have that XRay done at any local MemorialCare office by appointment!! I have Lung Cancer and was supposed to have Surgery on Friday Aug 23rd, and the Surgeon needs a Lung CT one week before the surgery, EXCEPT because RadNet ONLY HAS ONE CT Scanner in my area, it's BOOKED until Sept 9th!! (almost 2 weeks AFTER my Cancer Surgery!) If you like dealing with BIG COMMUNIST STYLE GOVERNMENT, then you go ahead and sign up with MemorialCare, because it will be just like that, and they don't give a SH*T about you!!!! MemorialCare just told me I'd have to drive, in my condition, 45 miles on the congested 5 Freeway for 1-1/2 Hours to the next nearest RadNet CT Scanner facility!! How about that!?? One last point to be fair, SOME of the MemorialCare Doctors I have are very nice and caring, Dr. Ansari is one of them; but it's the Company or Organization that SUCKS, and is like a Bloated Government Agency, and we all know what they are like!

I have been going to Dr. Mohindra for about 4 years now. Our visits keep getting better ! She was very warm and pleasant. She really listened to me. She gave me some great nutrition tips. And tips on how to ask my surgeon some very important questions. I think we are bonding..lol !

Dr Sy at MemorialCare Med is Amazingly honest thorough and on top of it all !!! Can not ask of more with him and the facility staff was sincerely incredible they all welcome you with open arms and gets to the root of any problem office as always clean and never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen love it!!! thank you all so very much!!!!

She was a great listener and very kind. She was very thorough and gave me timelines of how long it takes to typically recover from bacterial and viral infections as well as what to expect from both. She also checked in with me during the conversation to answer any questions that I might have. She was thorough and efficient but also pleasant and thoughtful.
