The team at Lindora in Laguna Woods is fantastic! They provide individual and very personal attention. The weight loss program along with health monitoring is fantastic. I lost 31.8 inches, 57 pounds, dropped my body fat from 40% to 18.3%, AND my cardiologist took me OFF my high blood pressure medication! All thanks to the Lindora program and the team guiding me through the process, step by step. My food choices have been changed for the rest of my life.
