Have been a Ceci devotee since 2021 because she’s meticulous, talented, follows the best in the industry, and brings that knowledge to her clients. I get the most compliments for my lashes (which used to be short and stick straight before her lash lifts) and eyebrows (laminate - how have I not done this before??). Ceci is a beautiful soul with the professional talents to back up this review and I will happily recommend her all day every day.
Love seeing Cecilia and having her lift and tint my lashes. She is equal parts sweet and knowledgeable about the whole process, and she does a great job educating new/first time clients on the process.
I have seen a noticeable difference in the health and length of my natural lashes now having seen her consistently and I would recommend her to everyone.
