Having been on a workout hiatus for longer than I’d like to admit, I was nervous to get back into the gym, especially a HIIT gym. However, F45LH made it fun and rewarding. The workouts and class structure make it manageable and enjoyable. Slight learning curve with some of the stations but the instructors and monitors help get you there. Do it!

I’m a big fan of F45! Today was my first time at this location. The work out area is pretty spacious and clean, no funky smell. Coach Brian was fun and engaging. Such a cool gym! Go check it out! F45 won’t disappoint?

As a former athlete I've always been motivated by group fitness. F45 has been such an inviting and fun place to work out. I've been working out here for about a year after winning their Instagram giveaway away and now I'm hooked! Come and try a class, you won't regret it!
