The Digestive Disease Center provides a great and very pleasant experience for patients. Reviews highlight that the entire team, from the front reception to the nurses and doctors, is extremely nice, helpful, patient, professional, and friendly. The staff is described as amazing, supportive, caring, and comforting with an A++ bedside manner. Doctors are noted as thorough, the best, and take time to listen to patient concerns, ensuring comfort throughout appointments. Procedures are done quickly with minimal wait times, and follow-up care is proactive. The lobby and office are noted as just fine. A minor note is that parking can be a little difficult due to construction, but the Nordstrom Rack across the street offers convenient parking later in the day. Patients highly recommend this office.
Suite #450 Colonoscopy with Dr. Weinberg: From the front reception to nurses and the doctor, everyone is so helpful and patient. FYI: Parking is a little difficult due to all the construction work. Nordstrom Rack parking across the street is convenient but is blocked off with cones until around 10:30 am, so I had to park 2 blocks away and then come back to Nordstrom Rack Parking lot so that pick up is more convenient.
Nurses Donna & Emma are amazing..A++ service with comforting bedside manner.
Dr. Shresthda was thorough and endured I was comfortable throughout the appointment!

I had a great experience with the Digestive Disease Center. I have read comments here and have to question any negative comments especially given the way they are written. First, following the instructions your doctor gave you is a patient's responsibility. Second, confirming your insurance company benefits with the front office is a patient's responsibility as well. Third, communicating with the front office about post-op pick up and care is something I would think a patient would initiate and yet they were clearly communicated with me without issue. The lobby and office are just fine, the front receptionist was extremely nice and thorough, the wait was minimal, and the staff in the back were completely on point, friendly, professional and very experienced. Dr. Rahimi was the best doctor I could have asked for. I would highly recommend this office.
