Happy Me at 70 years old ! When I signed on to do the OsteoStrong Program my back and hips were painful and my limitations were many. I started seeing results after a couple of weeks. I am experiencing a great new freedom from pain, and an amazing increase in my strength and balance. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable; the studio is bright and clean. 2 1/2 years ago, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. My doctor recommended Osteostrong. I have gone consistently to Osteostrong for two years. Recently had a bone scan which showed reversal of my osteoporosis. Thank you Osteostrong and my doctor that referred me.
