We found Bit One IT Solutions, LLC about four years ago to replace our existing IT company. They’ve been managing our IT and security ever since without any hiccups, providing exceptional technical support as needed, always prompt, very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone that values good IT service with a company that you can trust.
Again, I have to give a shoutout to Bit One! Last Friday, I woke up to my all of my emails being GONE! I tried everything I could think of and when nothing worked, I contaced Bit One. Samuel was SO helpful! He remotely checked my emails and found an easy fix for me. Immediately, my emails were restored. He was so calm and helpful while I was stressed out!Nima and Joseph have also been so helpful to my husband and myself. I cannot recommend Bit One highly enough.Thank you for your knowledge and helping to keep my business running!
