If you are anywhere near Laguna Hills and looking for laser hair removal, stop searching and book at B Beautiful Med Spa! I am convinced this is the best med spa in Laguna Hills. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and smells amazing the second you walk in, giving off a perfectly relaxing vibe. They even offer cool water bottles in the waiting area, and the welcoming environment makes you feel like you’re just going to visit friends.

Love this med spa - clean, calming, and consistently amazing service. I’ve had Botox, filler, lip flip, facials/hydrafacial, laser hair removal, and skincare guidance here and I’ve been happy every time.
Ramona is my go-to for Botox and filler. She understands my preference for a natural look and always nails it - I leave looking refreshed, never overdone. Ana is also fantastic for facials and skincare and completely improved my routine. My skin has never looked better and I get compliments all the time. Highly recommend!
I’ve tried many salons, and this is by far the best place for laser hair removal. I now only come in for touch ups because the hair on my legs is almost completely gone after five treatments. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you, Melanie! You’re the best!
