They were described as one of the hardest working crews seen in a long time, and were also very fair and honest. The company's construction and carpentry knowledge, attention to detail, flexibility, thoroughness, and professionalism were impressive, especially when dealing with unexpected challenges and changes along the way. They were also very neat, cleaning up every day before leaving the site. One of the appreciated services they offered was access to a color specialist who worked with the community on-site to develop different paint color scheme options. What a pleasure it was to work with the entire staff of this company! As HOA President, I have never encountered a company with such customer service and attention to detail. From the owners of the company all the way down to the amazing crew who painted our community! They helped with color selection to make sure we received the exact color we were looking for, made sure to recommend the best type of paint finish for each surface, and even removed, painted, and rehung all the light fixtures throughout the community! The crew manager, Omar, always had a smile on his face and was ready to serve. He and his crew were such a pleasure to work with. Everyone was professional, friendly, and their work phenomenal. No detail was overlooked. Everyday at the end of their shift the guys would clean up and you wouldn't have even known they were there! Most contractors leave their tools, or items laying around but not these guys. As a business owner myself, I have not seen this level of pride and professionalism in any company/business I've worked with in the past 20 years. These guys get my highest recommendation and did I mention that their prices were also phenomenal! Thank you to everyone at Advanced Painting!!!
We had a 16 unit complex painted by Advanced and couldn't be more pleased. They were punctual, professional, neat and considerate. Finished as scheduled and not one complaint, which is amazing. We will use them in the future. Our contact man was Jake and Rafael headed the crew, impressed with both of them.
