“At first, I was a loss for words after experiencing Lauren's exceptional work, who I now consider my fairy brow-mother! Her beauty as a person, exceptionally clean studio, and attention to detail from beginning to end is incredible. The highlight of course, is leaving with the ultimate GLOW UP. It was a subtle yet significant enhancement that resulted in a polished, clean look. As a first-timer, I was reluctant to try this out as I’ve always had ppl stay away from eyebrows because I prefer a natural look, however this will have to be implemented into my maintenance routine (which is almost 0). The healing phase is a lot, however the results are worth it—months and months (I think 1/2 year?) of waking up and already looking polished. I will never go back to my regular brows. I was initially skeptical and candidly shared my concerns with Lauren, which only helped her do the best job she could while respecting and allowing me to ease into the process. To top it off, she provided the cutest aftercare kit, complete with a satin pillowcase sprinkled with lavender, further demonstrating her attention to detail. Kimberly has such an incredible eye for color - she perfectly matched the shade to my face and even picked up on the red tones in my hair color. I never would have thought to consider that detail, but it makes such a difference in how natural everything looks.

What really impressed me was how she worked with some skin issues I had. I was worried they might affect the results, but Kimberly knew exactly how to handle it and the final outcome is flawless.

She’s extremely attentive to detail and always checks in to make sure I like my brows each step of the way. Cassandra also shapes the brows to your individual face and features instead of copy and pasting the same style for everyone. She does exactly what you’re comfortable with so I always leave happy with the results and not pushed into a style that doesn’t fit me. The very first time I got an eyelash curl I was in love and couldn't find the tech anymore at the salon as she left. Since then I gave up on getting them done...UNTIL now. Andrea made me fall back in love with lash lifts and she has amazing work. It is exactly the style that I was going for and I am normally sensitive in the eye area but I was not experiencing any stinging with her.
