Jake and Joseph are top notch! I had a rodent problem in my small apartment and Joseph came over and inspected every possible point of entry for the mice. He was super thorough, very knowledgeable, and personable.Scheduling was a breeze and I love how they text you letting you know they’re on their way. That’s service well done.I’ll be using Minti for all of my pest control needs!

I'm continuously impressed with the incredible customer care of the Minti team. They are super responsive and knowledgeable. They also use pet friendly chemicals which I really appreciate. We had the pleasure of meeting Jake the owner and he answered all our questions, giving us detailed and thoughtful responses when we realized we had termites. I recently hired Minti at the recommendation of my neighbor and am beyond impressed. Jake is super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly- he explained their process and provided a thorough service of my residence. He went above and beyond in removing all webbing from my outdoor furniture in addition to neatly spraying inside my home. Previously I was apprehensive to have any interior pest spray applied within my home but Minti's use of natural products put me at ease. I'm already looking forward to less bugs and spider webs. With such a thorough job, I definitely recommend!
