The Plumbing Tech. arrived on time and did the work concisely. He listened to what the issue was and to issues to be addressed in the future. Most of all, he and McKeown Plumbing's staff are polite. For that, McKeown Plumbing wins an Oscar.
We had a water leak in our garage. Since McKeown had just replaced our water heater, we assumed that was the problem. Within about half an hour, your plumber was out. He diagnosed the problem as our water softener, normally handled by the softener company and fixed it. The cost was extremely fair and quick.
