We reached out to David for the kitchen faucet issue we were having. David did a lot of pre-visit work, trying to help us figure out what the issue was. Turns out, the cartridge on our faucet was broken and the faucet had to be replaced. We ended up not needing David's help to replace the faucet, but we appreciate the professionalism and his knowledge.
I am so happy having Benson Plumbing replace my old water heater and install a new one. They are so professional, efficient and care for customers. Details are perfect and they even help cleaning the tab to make sure water come through smoothly. It’s a company established in 1917 lasting over 100 years. Respected family business and highly recommend!
