Do not come here they keep deleting my review to hide what they did to my baby boy i came in for teeth cleaning and my dog had an infection on his gum on his back teeth the female doctor did an x ray during removing the back teeth she came back out to tell me that she needed to remove 5-7 mote teeth because they were infected too which I said I brush my dogs teeth every day how is this even possible…..anyways they finally woke my baby boy up from anesthesia left him in a cage for two hours soak and wet full of poop didn't cared or checked on him I was in the front the whole staff was very rude the manager lady worse very unprofessional started denying everything.I got a weird feeling and asked for the x ray pictures they never gave me the x ray pictures which is weird what are they trying to hide
)l ended up paying a
lot of money because she removed 5-7 teeth and received very poor behavior my poor baby was freezing cold soak and wet and full of poop...
Dr. Hayden called me after I requested a call he offered me $200 back if I don't write a review about it which is insane...for what m poor baby had to go through the staff is horrible they all have a horrible attitude including the manager and Dr. Hayden just trying to cover up what they did to my baby boy I'm still very upset and never gotten my money back which was over 2k .If you look on the reviews they deleted all bad reviews all good reviews are over years ago so they trying to cover up the truth they are somehow deleting bad reviews every time…all they care about is your money after I paid over 2k they handed me my dog soak and wet and full of poop he was crying I first didn’t noticed the poop all over him because I was still worried about him but I noticed how soak and wet he was and how the staff never checked on him in the back the whole time I was waiting in front they were taking a long break eating not checking on my dog…after I got home I noticed that he wasn’t only dish and wet he was full of poop I called in the next day because I finally had time to breath because he was crying through pain all day and night I was very disappointed that they would hand my dog like this to me they immediately made it seem like I was lying and it never happened the manager lady even worse she had such a bad attitude started laughing unprofessional and denying everything I then told turn to have the owner of this vet to give me a call and as I mentioned he offered $200 back for hiding the truth included his lawyer too this is insane I called multiple times and emailed they completely ignored my calls and emails ..this place has not cares for your money they don’t care about your animal

Dr. Hayter is awesome. The staff at Aliso Viejo Animal hospital are all very nice and helpful . Would definitely recommend them to care for your most loved furry ones.

Dr Brian Hayter and his team always go above and beyond to take care of my four legged son, Hunter!
Dr Hayter has made house calls and I am able to text him with questions or requests.

Response to a below average level of care when bringing my small dog in after he was vomiting, The doctor did a one minute exam and then determined he needed $1400 worth of medical treatment. They sent me home with medication and didn’t tell me if they had given my pet any.
When I emailed them after the visit, the veterinarian Bryan told me to listen better next time. My last visit to this clinic, there was also another gentleman yelling at the staff while we were checking out because they wanted to give an unprescribed flea medicine to his dog. Red flags everywhere.

They have blocked my other email from writing a review cause they don’t want the truth to come out this place do not care about your pet…I went there with my dog that had a dental surgery and cleaning done by the female doctor which I forgot her name they first told me they had to pull out two back teeth during the procedure they took out multiple teeth stating they had to also be removed the staff was during the whole procedure very rude disrespectful even the female manager of this place….after my dog was finally out of there they kept him in the back stating they needed to monitor him to make sure he was ok after anesthesia not knowing that they left my dog for two hours with no blanket in a cage soak and wet full of poop in there and and handed me my dog just like that of course I was schocked and asked to talk to the owner after his female manager very rude and unprofessionally wanted to sweep the truth under the carpet even the doctor hayter just had excuses I then told them I want a Full refund and the x ray pics they completely ignored my request and for the refund dr hayter had his lawyer contacting me who wanted to give me the full refund but then was told by dr hayter not to answer me no more I never got my full refund they are very unprofessional what I also don’t understand is why I was never given the xrays of my dogs teeth if they were all infected and needed to be out they are trying to hide a lot…they care about taking your money and they don’t care about your dog at all the worst experience ive ever had in my entire life oh not to mention that in the beginning he did offered me $250 back if I would agree to not writing a review but then I said that I wanted a full refund because I paid $1400 that’s when they completely ignored my request and emails….i had them use my jacket under my dog for him to lay on after I saw that he was laying in the cage with nothing under him or anything ….if I could give zero stars for this place I would and trust me there reviews are all lies because they will block your ensign from writing the truth about them

My dog had to get a dental cleaning and his tooth and gum was infected I made an appointment with a board verified dental but the appointment was a month later which I couldn’t wait because my dog was in pain.I looked up Aliso Beach animal hospital and saw that they had great reviews so I decided to give them a try.I went in for an exam which was t really an exam because the doctor didn’t really fully examed my dog which was explained that he was very anxious.I was given a surgery dental cleaning day which I went to and wish would have never gone to Aliso beach animal hospital I came in the staff was very rude I asked a couple questions about the surgery I was very worried about my baby boy the staff immediately said a rude comment that I had bunch of questions I gave them my jacket to comfort my dog during procedure I waited in front of the front desk for m dog Doctor Gorge came out to tell me that they had to take out 4tooth total because they were infected.Finally I got my baby boy back and noticed that his face and body was soak and wet when I asked the staff they told me that it was normal that means my dog was after anesthesia in cold soak and wet waking up they put my jacket I gave them under my dog in the cage to wake up didn’t even checked ok him properly I had to ask her to check on my dog.
Then I noticed that his leg was full of poop i thought maybe from another dog at this point I was more worried about my dogs health he was in pain after anesthesia finally in the car to take my baby back home lifted up his tail after I saw poop on his leg and his butt was also full of poop my dog was handed to me full of poop and soak and wet.His leg was completely bruised which they rudely told me that everything was normal I paid $1595 for this experience with this place I spoke to the manager telling her the issues and her responds was I was catered more then I would ever in any animal hospital she also tried to make it look like I’m lying and they didn’t wanted to take responsibility for it till this day I was also never informed about after care or what has happened. to my dogs infected gum I asked them to give me the x rays which I still haven’t recieved back which is weird seems like there is something to hide.Ny dog also still had stain on his tooth after teeth cleaning .I would never recommend this place to anyone thinking about that they left my dog in cold soak and wet after anesthesia for two hours is unacceptable and makes me really upset just thinking about it.they claim to care about animals but they don’t at all even after proof of pictures how they handed me my dog back Dr Hayter dismissed my calls and e-mails at this point I’m thinking of getting a lawyer because no animal should be treated like this I would not recommend this place the picture I added shows my dog soak and wet waking up from anesthesia in cold for two hours until they handed him to me with full of poop too

They squeezed us in when our little guy was passing away. It was one of the hardest moments of our life and they handled us with care and compassion. We had never even used them as a vet but they were the closest to our house and let us in when we needed them most. I wish we would have used them all along. These people care about your pets and they care about people and it shows. Thank you for making a horrible day bearable.
