I wanted to update my review as I really appreciate how the owner, Lauren, has personally taken it upon herself to remedy the situation with my sister. She has since reached out on numerous occasions to see how my sister is doing post her treatment, offered complimentary services, and even refunded my sister for the poor experience. That said, I appreciate the customer extensive customer service and personally look forward to having my own facial at Skin Soup as a result.

Lauren is a skincare goddess. She is very warm and knowledgeable. I came in for the first time with a concern about large pores. Lauren recommended a "Whole Bowl" treatment and I couldn't been happier! I could see positive results from just 1 visit. Looking forward to my next appointments!
