Excellent experience. On time, professional, thorough, and helpful. When he was done, our short/dense shag carpet had streaks dried into it from the cleaner head that I could not vacuum away. Chris came back the next day and lightly cleaned again with another head and removed the streaks. Very happy and appreciated his excellent customer service.
