Had a rat problem in the townhome I was renting out to tenants. First tried a couple guys from Thumbtack--they patched some holes and did some proofing, but kept wanting to charge me every time they came back without actually fixing the main issue. Then I found Gilbert. He guarantees his work for 12 months with unlimited pickups, but honestly, haven't even needed it since he did the job. Rodent proofing's tough to feel good about paying for, but I'd trust this team over the other guys for sure.

Gilbert of Ratman came out and gave me an estimate. He was so popular that he wasn't able to do the job for several weeks. Being freaked out about rats in my home , I went with a company called Critter Bros..... A grave mistake!! A egregious mistake I hope no one reading this will make! Critter Bros took my $$ and did a hack job on my home. Critter Bros damaged my house and what they did was so atrocious Aesthetically as well as functionally, I continued to have rats entering my home. Gilbert came to my rescue and had to rectify the damages done by Critter Bros. and was able to finally put the rats out of my house. They did an amazing job! I am thrilled. We hired Gilbert last November and have been very satisfied with our service. We needed someone out to our house ASAP as we needed our ducts replaced due to rat damage. Gilbert sent a few guys out to seal our house the day before Thanksgiving and we haven't had any problems since. It is comforting to know our new duct system is safe from pests due to the amazing job of the Ratman team!
