I texted Ms Mama about using her service - she texted back immediately and set up an appointment. She arrived at the time agreed upon and we did a walk through where she took note of my cleaning needs and preferences. She was well organized and methodical which resulted in everything being done that I required and more. Her dedication and effort left me with a sparkling clean home. Her attitude was very professional and accommodating - it was apparent she enjoyed her work and took pride in doing a great job. Communication was very easy and pleasant. All expectations were met, and I was very happy with work done…so much so, we now have a reoccurring cleaning schedule.
