I highly recommend Lamorinda Floors! I worked with Jim Marshall for the first time during a remodel of our home years ago and he was super helpful when it came to picking out carpeting for our house. The carpeting still looks great 8 years on, they sell good quality products. We more recently bought a rug pad from him and I realized that I had given him the wrong measurements once I got it home. He kindly worked with me til it was right and I couldn't be happier. Jim is one of those rare finds these days in retail who cares about his customers, and does so with generosity and good humor.

Lamorinda floors did the wood laminate floors for me in my recently purchased condo in Rossmoor, Walnut Creek. I have been very happy with the result. They were very professional and even took pictures of a "hump" in my flooring, which they told me about and sanded down for me before proceeding. It was redwood tree roots, and it is very helpful in discussing the matter with my HOA.
