In 2024, we worked with Lamorinda Construction on a whole house remodel. We chose them because they checked all of our boxes, and most importantly because they were a local business with vast experience and a solid reputation in the area. Having done a remodel previously, we knew that there would be many surprises along the way so we wanted someone who could confidently navigate whatever came up, and who would stand behind their work. We recently hired Lamorinda Construction for a whole home remodel and have been very impressed with the quality of the finishes and overall craftsmanship. Their team did a great job coordinating subcontractors, keeping the project on schedule, and maintaining a clean, organized job site. The subcontractors themselves were excellent; skilled, professional, and respectful throughout the process. Their strong relationships with suppliers also proved helpful, making selections and revisions very efficient.

Even several months after the remodel was completed, the team has remained responsive to any questions or minor issues that have come up, which we really appreciate.

We recently finished a 15-month full home rebuild with Lamorinda Construction (technically 12 months, but you know how county permitting goes, especially during a pandemic). From start to finish, we worked with Kari, Lance and her team to have the most beautiful dream home that we hope to enjoy for years. Since we had never done this before, we trusted Kari and her choice of architect, subcontractors and vendors who truly helped put this house together. Every square inch of this house has been maximized for the new 1800 sq. ft. footprint with more storage space than we probably know what to do with ... and that includes having laundry in the house and being able to park our car in our single-car garage!Of course building a home is stressful and we did have our moments, but the team is consistent and dedicated. It was so nice to get to know them all during the course of this project. We know the quality is top-notch and feel like our home was built with love.
