I just went for my second visit with Sheri. I am so happy with the way she washes, cuts and blow dries my hair. My bangs were perfect as well. It was so soft. And I like that you can look online and see what the wait time is and put your name in. There are not enough hairstylist out there and it’s so hard to get in. I was going to have to wait two months to go to the person that I’ve been going to for years. I was beginning to look like Rapunzel which is not great as an older adult. This makes it so much easier, not to mention far more reasonable so tip well!!!
Overpriced shampoo, $15. Had to ask multiple times for a back corner to be evened. Then realized the sides were very uneven, and had to be shortened, way shorter than requested. I appreciate the stylist apology, however, would rather not go back to her again. She was going to refund the shampoo price, but saw I was about to use a coupon for the haircut so reversed that gesture.
There’s a reason why there was no wait on a Saturday afternoon at this place.
I was shocked when I saw Valerie Laurey as I walked in the door tonight at your Lafayette salon. She is the best hair cutter I have ever experienced at Great Clips and I haven’t seen her there for almost a year. So delighted to learn she hasn’t left. I’ll keep coming back now that I know she is still a member of your team!
