I visited Dr. Scheffel for a period of 7 weeks. Each visit I was greeted with a nice smile followed with a caring conversation about my progress. After our conversation she would explain to me what she was going to do and how it would help. That is a person who is gifted with the ability to not only heal through her acupuncture skills, but through her genuine approach when communicating to her patients.Our sessions always begin with me sharing what’s going on personally in my life as well as how I feel physically. Sophia has helped me tremendously on my health journey and I am so grateful for her!
