Had my first hydrafacial at South Coast Plastic Surgery Ladera Ranch with Kelsie Ballance and will DEFINITELY be back. Kelsie was referred to me by a friend who sees her for hydrafacials and now I know why.Kelsie was so thorough in assessing my skin before the treatment, getting to know me/my skin regiment & concerns, and keeping me updated throughout the hydrafacial treatment. After the treatment I asked for info/recommendations on how I can address my dark spots concerns and Kelsie shared info on various treatments.I really liked how patient and knowledgeable Kelsie was and how comfortable she made me feel throughout my visit. Rare for me to write - but worth the time. Love. Trust. Amazing. Kind. From consultation (I had 5) Dr. Song listened, cared and shared what made sense to me. To the office staff ... don't let their good looks intimidate you they are all so kind and patient, sharing personal stories and answering ALL The Questions to the Nurse who is In That Room with you and all along the way of our post op journey (Natalia) - I could not be more impressed with this team and am so glad I had that 5th consultation to wait for the Right Gut Feel to make the move.
