I explained what I needed, and all she had to say was "When can you bring it in?" and "I'll see what I can do," which came as such a relief for me. Once I got there, I was even further relieved by her kind smile, and her lighthearted comments about my procrastination. I felt that I was in great hands. It's so special when you meet someone like her, because you can just leave your stress outside. Olfelia's here to gently chastise you (as she should) and everything's gonna be okay. I know so many other reviews talk about how amazing Olfelia is and how they had a really great experience with her incredibly fast, high quality, and affordable work, but I really truly feel like I gained a personal superhero with the way I was saved today. Not only was Sharon (owner?) friendly and value conscience when discussing options, but the finished product was perfect cleaned with a few stains and arm pit musk removed from my suits. Coming from Irvine I would have easily paid 15-20% higher for my 7 suits, 1 tie, 2 buttons added to suit. Turn around time was 3 business days as I told them I wasn’t in a rush. Initially I was debating this location as there have not been recent reviews, and there was one passionate negative review which I was able to clarify and get the owners perspective to my satisfaction. “The best dry cleaning/ or cleaning you can ever find. Greeting by staffs are the best part. You always being greeted with a smile. The owner is such a decent man. One day I gave them a blanket for clean up. When I was picking it up it was close to after hour. The owner was there for some maintenance. He opened the door for me and handed me my blankets. I paid and left the store. As I was getting close to my car I saw the owner calling me and wanted to pay me back some money because he believed my blanket wasn't tick enough for the category I paid. Dresses hemmed and taken in, shirts contoured to fit our bodies, repairs on frayed seams. I could go on and on. The point is, the results have always been near perfection. The workmanship is unquestionably the best I have experienced. Mr. and Mrs. Paek are from Korea, maybe there is a lack of cultural understanding or something because one review said they were not friendly. On the contrary, they are very nice people. They are not super cheap but I think I get exactly what I pay for at this shop. Maybe I'm just more friendly myself and as a veteran business man who has been all over Asia, including Korea, I enjoy the culture. This is a place where the workmanship does the talking and their work for us has been impeccable. If you want to try and save a dollar going somewhere else, do it.
