Giovanni came to install a water softener and RO system in our house. His price was unbeatable and the quality of work was outstanding. This was the best experience I had with a plumber. He is genuine, fair, and honest. He also offered to answer any plumbing questions I may have in the future, even if his schedule is booked. I will definitely be using him again!

I have continued to use HHS Plumbing for several years and now at our new house. Once again, Giovanni does top notch work, quickly, professionally and he is a wonderful person too. We trust him implicitly. This last job had about 5 different items that took all day. My wife and I were out of town on work trips in different cities and our nanny and 2 year old were the only ones home with him working all day. Not a moments hesitation to do that. Our son loves to watch him work and he is very kind to our son.

Giovanni, the owner of HHS is an honest and honorable business person and I can not recommend him highly enough! Yesterday Giovanni came to my home to repair a main water cut off valve. He had provided a quote prior to showing up. I had been adviced by another plumber that the valve must be replaced but the price seemed high, Giovanni's price was half - HERE IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING!!!! Giovanni evaluated the valve and said I should NOT replace it, he said he would if I insisted but if it were his house he would not. He gave a very detailed explanation as to why not so I didnt He also answered some questions about my tankless water heater and unclogged the air intake as it was causing the unit to shut down HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME!!! WOW - When was the last time a contractor showed up - could have charged me hundreds that I would have gladly paid, and turned down the work as it was unnecessary - I will always call HHS First - they are honest, reliable, professional and GOOD HUMANS!!!! Thank you Giovanni

I'm so glad I found my go-to plumber. Due to a foot injury, Giovanni had to take a short break from work to heal. So I decided to wait two long months to have him fix my instant hot water faucet, because I couldn't trust any of the other plumbers I reached out to that required a minimum visitation fee without providing any kind of range on what the job *might* cost. So for two agonizing months, I had to boil my own water the old fashioned way on the stove top. I know. *gasp* Let me tell you, it was 10000% worth the wait. Giovanni is meticulous, trustworthy, friendly, and affordable, and his wife Victoria is very responsive and communicative. A+++++.

Giovanni is an artist and a perfectionist. He is not satisfied until everything is just right! He came out to install whole house water filtration system. Very friendly, very responsive, clean-up after installation and super efficient. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs

I always dread any type of house stuff because I'm under the impression that every trade person is out to get money out of you. I definitely did not feel this way with Giovanni and his team.I bought a 3 stage filter aquasana water filter for our recently purchased house. Usually those can be installed by yourself but the previous owners left the plumbing under the sink in disarray. Things worked but it was hard to figure out what went where so we decided to hire a professional insteadThey were completely booked 3 weeks out which probably isn't as helpful if you have something urgent but it was perfectly fine with me. They gave me a larger window (11 - 3) but since I work from home it's not really a problem. Upon arrival he was so professional and friendly. He even took off his shoes without asking (we have an Asian household so that was much appreciated!). Giovanni explained everything and made me feel comfortable with the work he was doing. 40 min later and my filter was installed and he had made the under the sink plumbing look soooo much better! He even gave us some free tips on managing other aspects of our house which as a first time home owner I could really use!Highly recommend! Would use him for all our other plumbing needs.

We couldn't be happier with HHS Plumbing's service and work! Victoria was super professional, responsive and just wonderful overall as she helped answer my questions in detail before selecting them for our job. Giovanni replaced our whole house (salt) water softener with Apec's no-salt water conditioner, and also replaced our outdated under-sink tank RO system with Waterdrop's newest tankless RO system (3 gallons of pure for just 1 gallon of waste!). The installations were top notch, and he even managed to get the RO to work with our existing feature faucet rather than the chrome one that came with the Waterdrop. Giovanni took time to explain some of the workings of both systems so that we can manage the easier maintenance down the road ourselves. He is very hard-working, honest and personable. We are very pleased to have found HHS Plumbing and they will most certainly be our go-to in the future!
