I had called around to several local inspection companies to get prices and settled on Kretzschmar. Be advised that while cheaper than most others, you get what you pay for. He arrived on time and was very nice. But for a larger home, it didn't take as long as my previous home that was half the size - it should have been an indication of his thoroughness. I got my report the next day - super fast considering how comprehensive it should have been. We were super pleased with the quick response time so we could move escrow along. Very thorough, hardworking and helpful. Explained everything he found, showed us the issues and elaborated on recommendations and/or concerns, prior to receiving the extensive report within 24hrs (actually got it the same day). Felt very positive and at ease with an otherwise stressful situation.
