Over all a great gym, other than the equipment seems to be outdated when it's only been open a few years! I mean really worn. Only thing I wish it had was a Pool like most of the other Chuze locations I've been to!

Had a number of questions over the phone and the supervisor Maddie was; very kind, courteous, and thoughtful. She took her time to go out of her way to help answer my questions. Went way above and beyond. I also spoke with another Manager Jason. He was also very kind courteous and respectful. I like his enthusiasm. I was impressed between talking between both of these members because they were just simply above and beyond and exceptional.

First off, I'd like to compliment the front desk especially Audrey, Angie and Savannah for always being so kind, professional and welcoming. I have been to and worked at other gyms where the front desk is not at all engaging. The staff here make a difference. Jessica the manager (for group fitness) has always been approachable and friendly as well. I have seen this gym get new yoga mats, stay clean and have different classes and events often. There is always something new here. As far as instructors, Dale has been very inspiring (and funny). His classes are a great workout, and I love his sense of humor.
