I enrolled my son (6 years old) and spoke to Milo. Awesome class, my son is super excited to go. They have amazing workouts, are very patient with kids, are friendly, and have great trainers. Totally would recommend.

I took my daughter to CAPE about a year ago for conditioning and really enjoyed coach Milo and his work ethics. So I started working out with him myself for last 9 months in his early morning class. He is very professional along with Gus our other trainer. It's a class for all ages and they really spend time teaching you proper techniques to do the exercises properly. I have worked out on my own pretty much all my life and this workout has made a difference in my overall body condition. I've been coming to CAPE Fitness for about 7 months now and feel a difference in my confidence level at work and general overall fitness. Milo's boxing classes at 6:00 AM are an excellent way to get the day off to a right start. He teaches you proper form, the different punches, stances, rolling, slipping - he'll put you on the bags for a few rounds while alternating with pads. You will SWEAT your a** off! On alternate days, I take Gus's DEKA Fitness/Mobility classes. 15 to 20 minutes of steady solid warm up and then 40 minutes of non-stop circuit training rotating through 10 different exercises that target different parts of your body.
