Annie was amazing. She took my dog and waited till he was completely comfortable before she started his haircut. She actually started with his nails first so the dog could get aquanted with her. My dog has a lot of fur and so it took her quite a while to get him fully done, but I was 100% satisfied with the results. He looks great and so much happier and lighter. She really takes the time to make sure that my dog was ready and he was the one who dictated how slow or how fast she would go. By the time I went to pick him up, he looked totally relaxed by the windowsill and didn't even wanna leave. They close at 6 but they let me show up at 5:45 with a pitbull I rescued that had a lot of ticks. Annie and Eric were so helpful with getting her out of the car (she's clearly been abused because she has trouble with being handled). Both of them were so gentle with her and made her feel comfortable from the get-go. Annie pulls ticks off like a PRO. So friendly, so helpful, such nice people! Small place but I highly recommend them, they truly care about your little one! Don't forget to say hi to their dog, Little Man, when you go.. he's freaking adorable

Annie and her team were great! I didn't get my dog groomed there but my friends dog had a bad hot spot and she spent 45 minutes of her time, called in help, while making $0.00 trying to get the dog to calm down so they could shave it. Although the dog was way too strong and needs medical assistance, I am very appreciative of her patience and effort. I did watch a little Yorkie getting his groom and they were very gentle with him so leaving this review for the care she put into Bodhi.
