I was referred to the agency due to fair pricing. I was informed I did not need to be present for the photos. I decided to drive 2 hours to be there. I did make a few adjustments to help stage for the photos. The photographer was in and out pretty fast, it was a very hot day. I received the photos and saw we needed to make adjustments to them, Chris was very accommodating, but those are added fees. I wish they had made time to ask me upfront what I planned to do with the pictures and what I wanted to achieve. A collaboration would have really helped.
