“I cannot recommend that everyone use Robert for every photography need. He was punctual on ALL of his communication, he was kind, he was respectful, and his photos were stunning. Our only regret is that we wish we would have just paid for 2 hours of his time because we were having such a good time. It was a simple family photo shoot, but I plan on hiring him again when I can gather more family members. Wedding, Family, Headshot, you name it...he'll shoot it and you will NOT be disappointed. Seriously, stop researching right now and just book Robert before he isn't available for your date.“
“This review is long overdue, but I would 100% recommend Sonia's business. Back in April 2020, when everything was shut down during covid, my grandma got the bad news that her cancer had metastasized to her bones and brain and she was going to switch to in-home hospice instead of further treatment. My mom had been engaged to her BF for a while, and when they heard that I was driving in to see my grandma one last time they decided to do a mini wedding so my grandma could be at my mom's wedding like they both always wanted. Sonia had great reviews and responded really quickly. I told her everybody would be masked, and we were going to be outdoor and distanced and she respected the precautions we wanted to take (the last thing my grandma needed was covid, on top of everything). Sonia was on time and really professional. She helped up to capture a really bittersweet moment for my family, and I'm so so glad we have the pictures she took. There's this one candid shot in particular where my mom is smiling at her now husband and my grandma is watching and smiling at how happy my mom is. They're really important pictures to me. Sonia, thank you for photographing my mom's mini wedding. My grandma died about a month after that, and I'm so happy to have those photos of one of the last times I saw her.“
“I contacted Kathy to see if she could help me with a photo for my mom’s funeral. Her services were outside of the scope of what I needed but instead of telling me no, she suggested another business in town which solved my problem. It’s rare that people go out of their way these days, especially when it doesn’t benefit them. Kathy saved the day with her referral and it came at a much needed time as we grieved for my mom and had to put together a funeral.“
“If you were a Facebook contest winner read this review. My daughter won a portrait session and a free 8x10 portrait HOWEVER when I spoke with the rep to schedule she was very clear that if we wanted to upgrade portrait size/get extra images/photo album/etc we can apply the cost of the free portrait to whatever bigger purchase we may wish to buy. So with that knowledge I took my daughter to her shoot knowing we would most likely spend extra money for bigger portraits plus the rights to the digital images. I think this is important for people to understand should they receive this opportunity :)Anyways regarding the experience itself. My daughter had A BLAST! The fairies were so great with her, patient and kind. And the images?! Get out of here. I received them this morning and still can't stop looking at them. They are simply gorgeous!! The art work is incredible. I felt like every step of the way to get to the images/portrait was well communicated and the entire team of Jacob Fine Art Portraits went above and beyond to be helpful!“
