Terrible experience. Most people don't need staff to be super upbeat, but it also sucks to be treated like garbage for no reason at all- and that's what these people do. The processes here are outdated or the staff is so unhelpful that they just watch you do things incorrectly - you have to physically write the address in a sharpie on every box, only for them to immediately print a label with the typed address. The site says USPS takes apply pay- they don't.
