This place is just AMAZING!! I’m on a very long healing journey, completely new to yoga and this little studio and all the AMAZING people in it, truly have made a differences on my journey! This is my third week and I’m in… ALL in!! So grateful to have found this place ???‍♀️ Jen is an angel for creating such a loving, safe, comfortable environment!!! PERFECT for healing!!!!!! ?❤️?‍♀️ ??

beautiful studio and flow! dropped into a class when I was visiting the area for the weekend. lots of options given throughout class to make it both accessible and challenging for all levels.

My girlfriend and I took Karen’s restorative class for Valentine's Day and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! This was my first time taking yoga and I will be going again. Go here
