Eisenhower Imaging Center LQ

My Chest CT Scan was done 7 days ago. The images have been available for 5 days, but to this day my primary care Doc and I are still waiting for the images to be read and detailed by a radiologist. Everyone I call at Eisenhower says “ oh that’s an outside provider, we have no control over that part..”. That results in lousy patient care.

Dr Ardrus was considerate, professional and responsive to my pain after a severe fall and prescribed topical medication etc. to help relieve some of my rib pain. However the "nurse" Marie was condescending, rude and had no interest in care. Marie's questions and her responses were not what you'd expect in an Urgent Care facility. Even her notes in My Chart ,later signed by Dr Andrus were insulting . I recognized her words said to me in the initial interview in the exam room. She is definitely in the wrong profession and needs more training in empathetic patient care. I reached out to patient relations, received a call from a Susan who said she would email me her contact info so I could write a report but never received the email or a further call. I know there is a nursing shortage but Marie at Argros Urgent Care should not be practicing with her state of mind so I decided to offer this report through Yelp..

I love the Eisenhower George and Julia Argyros Center. Every doctor that I've visited there are very kind and generous with their time from starting with Physical Therapy, mammogram, gynecologist, to the phlebotomistI would definitely recommend every health care provider there.
