As you will see, I do not write reviews very often. Now, it's about time!! I have been going to the Ulta Salon at Desert Crossing Palm Desert since they opened in 2011. I started with Lucia Flores, who is now one of the top stylists in the country (for several years now). She is wonderful....she knows all the ins and outs about hair for both women and men in every way imaginable. It's hard to believe it's been almost 15 yrs.. I had to do a return here. I went to the Ulta in Indio a day before and had a very negative experience. Their employees were very rude in Indio. From now on, I will only visit this La Quinta location. Very polite employees.
