My father was first seen June 3rd 2024 at 3:30 p.m. by the provider Tony Leuang at the time provider Tony Leuang stated he couldn't help or prescribe him with anything because he was not having sx's or showing skin lesions so he asked him to come back in one week June 11th 2024 at 1:30 p.m. my father decided to not go in since he still wasn't having skin flare ups . Today I called to make him an appointment so the receptionist stated he's in our system but he's never been seen here our records show he's never been seen here. I am confused so I tell her okay I proceed to find the appointment card for his June 11th appointment and call her back she again stated he's registered but there's no record of his insurance information or that he's ever been seen so I try and schedule him an appointment and she says no we can't schedule him an appointment until you provide insurance information over the phone, mind you they should have him on file and have copies of his insurance cards we provided all this on June 3rd before he went in and saw the provider. So I told the receptionist I'd call back. I called the palm springs office told the receptionist there every thing that happened I asked to speak to a manager but she stated she's not in her office. The manager is supposed to call me she provided me with an appointment asap and was very helpful. How can a office book you for two visits than claim you never been seen there?

Friendly doctor and nurses. Very thorough with their instructions and suggestions. I was referred here by my doctor and love how they have been able to help me and pinpoint the problems I was dealing with.

I took my grandchild to be seen and he has a copay of $45.00 and he got another bill for another $45.00. The office was suppose to take care of it and fix but hasn’t. I’ve called several times and the lady is not there and unavailable. She hadn’t even returned the calls.
