The staff was polite and the doctor was also polite. I was a little surprised to find out I have a cataract and need to follow up with a specialist but they were able to make those appointments for me in a very reasonable time frame ( less than a week). All in all it was a positive experience for a doctor's appointment.

I love this group, but calling the office has become a challenge. I called 4xs the week before my appt and each time my call went to the answering service. The question I had was never resolved. Very frustrating

Dr Han was outstanding. Was able to figure out why my new glasses didn’t work for me. It was the wrong prescription. Laura, who does the fittings, was also excellent and worked hard to help me get a re-exam. The technician who worked on the re-exam was also excellent. Best service I’ve ever had at Acuity in La Quinta.
