I ordered my daughter's prom corsage from Victoria's Roses and Gifts and they did a great job. I was happy with the service. The lady was helpful and curtious. It was also a last minute order and they accommodated us with no problem.

Found this business on instagram and needed to place a last minute order for a funeral arrangement. I text the number with questions and the response was immediate. The customer service was great and they were very helpful in helping me select something that was within my price range. I sent payment via Venmo and it was so easy. Arrangement was delivered next day and picture was sent upon delivery. Delivery cost was minimal compared to big floral companies that will charge you for everything. My order was upgraded at no cost and was exactly what I wanted. It contained a colorful array of fresh flowers. I would highly recommend this business and will come back again.

Can I get a zero rating for this business. What a disrespectful woman. Came home to see this disgusting jumper rental they delivered to our house. The dirt is just everywhere. Every single corner. Inside and out! Mind you, there are dead cockroach, bees, fly and spider web INSIDE THE JUMPER! I called them to let them know that the jumper is so dirty. But the woman was just too much. I mean, I got so angry because not a single apology or sorry. I heard nothing! you have to be able to know how to talk with good customer service, especially if you messed something up for the customer.Β ConversionMe: Hi my name is ... they delivered a jumper earlier but it's really dirty.The lady I spoke to...
