I'm a project manager building a house/landscaping for a client. We found Javier on Yelp and he was so nice and helpful. Very approachable and warm. However we had already chosen another company. When that company ripped us off, was treating me rude telling me lies to get out of doing his job. He was also trying to get more money from me. So I called Javier to ask if what i was being told was truthful and he came to help us and didn't even charge us. He checked on the job midway to tell us how to deal with the problems from the unprofessional company we had hired. I knew we should have gone with Serenity Gardening and Landscaping Services from the start but his bid came in on the final day and my boss already had it going with the other company. Javier didnt even take it personally that we are asking for his help and he never had the job. This guy knows the business and we will now only do work with him from now on. He cares.
