Absolutely amazing customer service! Highly recommend using this company. I had scheduled another plumber to fix a clog I had in my upstairs sink. They had car issues and canceled on me at the last moment. I reached out for help on yelp and this company responded very fast and had a plumber out to me within a couple hours. Not only that the plumber Kevin identified an issue I had and gave me a great detailed explanation. They also helped write a letter to my HOA so they could assist me with my issue. If you need a plumber use this company!
First of all i want to thank the whole staff for being understanding and having patience with me & my family in deciding what we planned on doing to our house. This company was by far the best on explains and showing exactly what’s wrong and explains how everything needs to get fix. Most important they are called SPEEDEE for a reason. got my whole repiping done in less then 3 days, very kinda and friendly. Only down fall I was told one thing about financing and it lead to another. But hey at the end of the day the problem needed to be fix and still get paid. So i will definitely and highly recommend them and choose them. THANKS AGAIN! Love The Marquez Fam.
I cannot recommend Speedee Drains enough.
Late Sunday night, I discovered water leaking through the ceiling of my first floor from an issue upstairs. I called several plumbers and either got no answer or insanely overpriced emergency quotes.
Speedee Drains answered immediately and had someone at my house within the hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it on the spot, and charged a very fair price without taking advantage of the situation.
