Have been here numerous times and I have always asked for Tracy. Tracy is top notch and will always paint my nails the way I wanted. She’s detail oriented, artistic and has a great sense of aesthetic. The only thing is that they keep raising the price on the design I want, which is a pain in the neck, which they said, was due to the the complication of the design. But overall the nails came out great and Tracy is so patient with it.

Great customer service, which I've never experienced in any nail salon! They are nice when everything is good but when a problem hits my experience the customer is never right, however here they acknowledged the problem and fixed it without issue, their work is on point. Tracy is very nice and does her work with precision. Christine is a great asset shes able to defuse any problem that arises. Mimi is awesome and professional great customer service she did my nail exactly how I wanted. I highly recommended her. I witness her with a unruly customer Mimi handle that situation with so much patience... I'm impressed.
