Dr. Arenas is trash. My mother goes to him and I'm infuriated by his treatment every time she goes in. So many times she has gone in with something she is genuinely concerned about and is met with the response "Who is going to pay for that? Your insurance doesn't cover that." She can't even get a simple referral to an optometrist or dermatologist when she has real life VISIBLE concerns for her health. The system is broken, yes, but must your own doctor be a complete road block?? Stop assuming your patients are broke. Do better.
